Program Description

Our Tutor Program operates tutor classes aimed at providing high-quality classes and informational events for all individuals. We focus on event and project planning, with a typical tutor season divided into three phases: pre-season, in-season, and post-season. The pre-season planning phase includes syllabus updates, tutor training, recruitment, and interviews. The in-season audit phase involves class evaluation and providing assistants for tutors. Lastly, the after-season evaluation phase focuses on gathering feedback and conducting KPI analysis to enhance future performance.

Our trained tutors are committed to supporting each student every step of the way. We provide personalized, subject-specific assistance designed to help you build confidence, improve academic performance, and inspire long-term success. If you are navigating academic challenges due to limited resources, language barriers, or other factors, our program is designed for you.

To date, we've helped over 400 students with the support of 100+ dedicated volunteers from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements:

Highschool student or older
GPA: high academic standing
AP exam score of 5 (if applicable)
English proficiency
Ability to lead and manage a small class
Dependability and passion for teaching
